Recruiter Intern

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and employer branding efforts. You’ll help recruit students, ambassadors, and other roles, manage job postings, screen applicants, and create content to showcase daily life at RAISE.
This internship is ideal for someone passionate about people, recruitment, and social media—looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Post job openings across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, internal groups)
- Filter CVs, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule interviews
- Recruit ambassadors, students, and other roles for different departments
- Support the content team in creating behind-the-scenes content (Instagram, TikTok) to reflect work life at RAISE
- Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS/spreadsheets)
- Draft job descriptions and assist in employer branding campaigns
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role priorities
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 5 months
- Time: Part-time, flexible hours
- Compensation: Unpaid trial; can transition to paid based on performance
