Position:

Raw Material Foreign Purchasing and Export Specialist (Code- IE104)

Responsibilities:

• Communication and correspondence with suppliers.
• Price negotiation with suppliers.
• Implementing and revising all purchase contracts to comply with company and government regulations.
• Maintaining timely control of orders, amendments, shipping notices, and other documents to ensure accurate record retention.
• Ensuring the commodity is delivered on schedule, at the negotiated price, and meets the company’s quality standards.
• Sourcing new suppliers to develop the approved supplier’s list.
• Coordinating with the planning department to ensure a smooth flow of raw materials.
• Following up with concerned teams until the goods arrive at the mill.
• Strong background in export processes and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate from a business-related faculty or similar field.
• 1–3 years of experience in foreign purchasing (steel industry experience is preferred).
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• SAP user experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced negotiation skills.
